Ridgewood Pediatrics
In 2005, Dr. Ewa Dziarmaga and Dr. Joanna Zabek-Gallegos cofounded Ridgewood Pediatrics in Ridgewood, NJ. Since then, they have been serving patients from the Northern New Jersey area as well as from neighboring states. Ridgewood Pediatrics is dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients, while promoting the education of comprehensive health and compassionate care of the patients' families. Both Dr. Ewa Dziarmaga and Dr. Joanna Zabek-Gallegos are Board Certified physicians affiliated with The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ.
DR. EWA DZIARMAGA
Dr. Ewa Dziarmaga graduated from the Medical Academy in Lublin, Poland at age of 25 with honors at the top of her class. She completed her pediatric residency at St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics since 1997 and keeps her certification current. Dr. Dziarmaga lives in Bergen County with her husband Marek, and her labrador Dexter. She has one son, Jakub. She enjoys music, playing piano, reading, traveling, and cooking. Before opening Ridgewood Pediatrics with Dr. Zabek-Gallegos, Dr. Ewa Dziarmaga had been an attending physician at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
DR. JOANNA ZABEK-GALLEGOS
Dr. Joanna Zabek-Gallegos graduated with highest honors at age of 25 from Medical School in Wroclaw, Poland. She completed her pediatric residency at St. Joseph's Hospital, in Paterson, New Jersey. She received the Continuity Clinic Award in 1997 for outstanding outpatient care during her residency training. Before establishing Ridgewood Pediatrics in 2005, she worked in another private practice (Primecare Pediatrics in Wallington, New Jersey), and as physician at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 1998 and has admitting privileges at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Dr. Zabek-Gallegos resides in Passaic County with her husband and two daughters, Zofia and Nicole.
